Okaltus 10 / 100mg 20 Envelopes are envelopes responsible for eliminating the cough reflex. On the one hand, thanks to dextromethorphan, it acts as a cough suppressant, while on the other hand, it acts as an expectorant, thanks to guaifenesin, which calms the productive cough eliminating phlegm (mucus) and finally facilitates its expulsion.
